Who pays for shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. All shipping fees are payable by the customer and will be displayed clearly your order total before you complete your purchase.
Who is responsible for custom importing fees and taxes?
Customs fees, duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer receiving the shipment. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs department and are not included in the original product price or shipping cost.
Once your order leaves our facility, it becomes subject to the customs regulations and fee structure of your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office beforehand to understand any potential charges that may apply to your order.

For US customers, how are tariff charges paid?
We are excited to now offer shipping to our US customers! Tariff charges are calculated once your order arrives at its destination. What happens if I cannot pay the customs and duties fees when my order arrives?
Due to the nature of our fragrance products, we have a strict no-returns policy which means we can not accept returns or provide refunds for refused deliveries.

I don't like my perfume, what can I do?
We're sorry to hear that you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
